The interview was mostly on the lines of my understanding of the Supply Chain process and how digitization can bring modifications to this process. Since the company is an ERP implementation firm, they stress on your understanding of ERP Software broadly.

It is basically campus interview where we have written test followed by group discussion and personal interview. After personal interview the selected candidates are interviewed by senior authorities. Mostly interviews are not that difficult. It was based on your resume
