BEWARE
I applied, and I had a screening with someone on the talent acquisition team a week and a half later.
I was told I would be contacted about the first interview round to take place the next week. I hadn't heard anything a few days later, so I reached out. I heard nothing until a week after my follow up.
Then, I asked if I was available for in-person interviews on a specific date the next week. I immediately said I was available. I never got confirmation for the interview.
I followed up the next week, a day before when the interview was supposed to happen. Then, I finally got a response saying in-person interviews had been moved a week later. I said I was available, and received a confirmation a few days later.
I had the in-person interviews. They were pretty typical as far as questions, but very disorganized. One interviewer didn't have questions prepared. It was very awkward.
I asked about next steps, and was told that those interviews were the final interviews.
I followed up with the recruiter for a week before they told me I'd have to do another interview.
I completed the real final interview later that week.
I followed up with the recruiter via email and phone for two weeks to no avail... my last time calling, I was sent to voicemail. I contacted a different recruiter who immediately responded and said they would pass along the message. I then immediately got a call from the initial recruiter who, with a very nasty attitude, told me the person I interviewed with "liked someone else better"
In total, this was about a two month experience. If you actually need to work PLEASE search elsewhere. The blatant disrespect for applicants' s time, especially while so many people are struggling, is abysmal. It has really affected how I view Inspire Brands. Go somewhere where you will be respected!
