I was contacted by a engineering team lead, he was very nice. we talked for 30-45 minutes on zoom. after talking about my background, he introduced their company. and then straight to some java questions including reactive java.

Disorganized startup! The senior accountant who interview me was not prepared. My time is just as valuable as the interviewers! I was set up to meet 4 people. I interviewed with 1 person.
