The phone interview was cancelled/rescheduled 3 times on their side. One time I did not even get a notice - I was waiting for the call in vain. I wrote 2 emails intriguing - no response from the recruiter.
Finally, after 10 days, the pone interview went down, altough the recruiter called me 15 minutes late. This interview was 30 minutes, the recruiter was kind and gave detailed information on the selection process and company. She projected that the process would take about 4 weeks and promised feedback on getting in the next round by the end of the week.
I received no feedback. I inquired in mail at the end of next week - no answer from the recruiter.
Later, I got an automatic invite to schedule an interview with the Vice President - which should have been the third round of interview. Immediately after I got another mail asking to give new dates for that interview. (I never gave any date for that.)
I did not know wheter I was selected or was it a mistake. I wrote an email intriguing about what was going on, got a reply that it was a template mistake, and and got a new invite to schedule an interview with the Director - the original second round interview. I proposed dates. This interview got cancelled/rescheduled 2 times by them, meanwhile two weeks passed. After that, interview was cancelled by them yesterday. (No exlpanation, no answer to my email inuiry). Then, I received an email from them today that the position is already filled. For me, the overall process was highly unprofessional, careless and disappointing which I regret, because the company and the product seemed attractive at first.
