Interview Structure
1. Initial Screening
Method: Phone or video call.
Focus: A recruiter or HR manager conducts this to assess basic qualifications, motivation, and cultural fit. Questions often cover resume details, reasons for applying, understanding of Intapp’s business, and career aspirations.
2. Technical Interview
Method: Video call or in-person.
Focus: This round tests the candidate’s technical skills and knowledge pertinent to implementation and data analysis. Expect questions on:
SQL and database management.
Understanding of software implementation processes.
Experience with ERP systems or similar software platforms.
Scenario-based questions to evaluate problem-solving skills.
Example Question: "Describe a time when you had to implement a software solution under tight deadlines. How did you manage the project timelines and ensure the quality of the implementation?"
