I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intapp in Feb 2026

4 rounds of interviews (which felt excessive), the people that interviewed with of course from my potential team were nice, although i felt like they were super fake nice at this point.
What really turned me off was the recruiter throughout this whole process. I moved fast moving on to each round to then only hear back a week and some change later with a rejection. Personally, I think i dodged a bullet at this point.
The process was good. It was a tad long (as in it took a month or two) but I think that happens with most companies. It was great to meet with lots of different people and I enjoyed being interviewed by senior leaders.
