One phone interview with manager (Managing Principal), followed by one in-person interview with manager and another Managing Principal. Just under two weeks later, I received a verbal offer. The negotiations followed. Once we had reached an agreement, I received and executed the documentation for the background checks. About a week after that I received my formal offer letter. Finally, I received all of the new hire documentation for completion. This was all done before I wrapped up my two weeks with my former employer so that by the time I started, all of the onboarding paperwork was already behind me.
