Got informed that I would be interviewed on site by Tech Lead and HR but HR interviewer was not there and I did not even get to see her face as we only talked on the phone.
Tech Lead did not remember the role title. He was in a rush, so I was cut off a lot of times during the interview. Wondering why not reschedule when you were in such a hurry?
HR asked a lot of ridiculous behavioral questions and they judged my answers straight up if it's not up to the standard STAR method. With the tech lead ready to cut off any time, it was challeging for me to think and come up with good STAR examples.
Overall interview experience was cold, rude, and judgmental. Considering I'd been interviewing 4 times that week for the same role (luckily got 2 job offers, the third interview experience was very good even I did not get the job) and around 20 times in the last 5 years, I must admit this is the worst one.
However, I'll take this as a good learning experience for my next job's interview and hopefully they will have a look at Glassdoor and improve how the company should be run from management to recruitment.
But honestly, with the past reviews on here and this interview experience, I suggest you should think twice when applying.
