InteliTrac interview questions

Pretty straight forward, asked what do I know about the company followed by talking about the position as being a recruiter by reaching out to vets to get them work for private company on bases

Applied for the job via indeed.com and received an email requesting an interview. Conducted the interview and was the job was mine and I and was told that I would hear something by the following Tuesday. I have not heard anything and emailed company and have not heard anything. How can you tell someone they have a job and then never contact them again?
