Contacted through Linked In via telephone. Went over some of the pre-interview questions prior to the in-person interview. I drove to facility, and had a 3 hour interview with both the Co-Founder and CFO of the company. They both were in the room, then each individually. Then they offered me the position with an emailed Letter of Offer.
