Interview
Interviewed twice, once by the president and once by the CVO manager. Both went well and were very professional. I was greeted when I entered and did not have to wait long. I received a job offer within a few days of my last interview.

Interview
There where just two interviewers, they were vague when asked about the development team, which I later learned are actually in China. The interview lasted less than 1 hour. They asked general questions about sql and how I would handle angry customers. They talked at length about the type of customer they have and the level of technical skill their average customer possesses. They tried to imply that they were bigger than they actually are.
