      I interviewed at InterWrap

      Interview

It started with an in person interview with the HR director. He asked several questions based on my resume and tried to make the connection between my experience and the job description. He stated all the challenges and expectations and asked me to reconsider if I won't be able to handle them. It was followed by a second interview with the CSO. He answered all my questions which was great. He asked typical questions such as why this job and this company? He also asked resume related questions. The third interview was the exec team which involved specific resume questions and specific job related questions (for example my knowledge of their ERP system). I was informed in almost a week that they wanted to hire me.
