Interview
Started off with video interview, from memory was about 15 questions with several attempts, all reasonably philosophical. Then was an online coding test. Next stage was group assessment evening with maybe 50 other applicants, put into groups and had to discuss a moral situation and then a potential work scenario of redesigning the website. Next stage was interviews: technical and normal. Then offers were sent out.
