Interior Define Corporate Team Member- Remote Position interview questions

I applied online and heard from HR approximately two weeks later. An initial call was setup with the HR recruiter. The call lasted about 40min and at the end I was asked to confirm a time I could speak with the hiring manager. The time slot was setup over the phone. A week later I interviewed with the hiring manager as well as director of the department. I was not told ahead of time the director was joining and was not able to prepare/review the persons background ahead of time. The interview went well and then crickets. I followed up with HR twice and the hiring manager to request an update on the position. After 4 weeks of zero responses to my polite follow-up emails, I removed them from the list and unfortunately had a bad taste in my mouth for the company. Another example of a company that takes little pride in their interview process.
