My interview process with Interluxe was a 2-part interview process. My first 30 minute interview was with the CEO, Production Manager and Operations Director. I was asked a series of questions, first starting off with telling the team a little bit more about myself and my experience, and then a series of problem solving questions from the team and how I would handle the situation. My second interview was directly with the Creative Team where the Creative Director asked me a series of questions about what types of projects I worked on and what my specific role was per project. This interview helped the team understand if I would be a better fit with the Production Team or Creative Team.
