Quick and straight forward. Had to answer written questions relevant to role before interview. After that the interview focused on those questions and some general interview questions. There were 3 people on the Panel, 2 Managers and a colleague who was in the role I applied for.

After applying I was required to do a written test online that included several exercises. Then I had an interview with 4 people at the same time which asked very different questions.

There was one interview which was very straightforward. The interview had basic questions regarding experience and industry knowledge e.g. why do want this job? What makes you suitable for this role? etc. 3 people were on the panel.
