      Interview

very laid back, more conversation based. Asked about previous projects. Virtual interview that spanned from 8 in the morning to 2 in the afternoon with 3 separate interviews. Departments hopped in and out of the teams meeting and they allowed you to find a mutual fit

      Engineer Interview

      4 Apr 2022
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

      I interviewed at International

      Interview

Phone interview with hiring manager then panel interview. Benefits here are abysmal, honestly most startups have lower cost medical, and the 401k is also below average. Plus HR won't answer anything about the funds or management. I couldn't get HR to show the career path or the past bonus payouts. If you want to hire you need to be transparent. Last the hiring manager seemed very overwhelmed and over worked trying to use outdated tools and processes
