The interview process took over three months. First round interview was HR screening phone call to determine general job fit, salary expectations, start date, etc. After, was manager panel interview. Took another two weeks for a template email rejection.

Phone interview with hiring manager then panel interview. Benefits here are abysmal, honestly most startups have lower cost medical, and the 401k is also below average. Plus HR won't answer anything about the funds or management. I couldn't get HR to show the career path or the past bonus payouts. If you want to hire you need to be transparent.
