Met recruiter at career fair and was called back for interview the next day. Interview was about 20 minutes asking very general interview questions. Situational and behavioral interview questions relating to working with people from different backgrounds.
Behavioral based with STAR method. Normally a panel interview. They are chasing personality hires - how do you deal with stress, adversity, success, failure, etc. Just answer the questions like a human.

onsite interview mainley focused on previous experience ans situation based questions and full technical understanding of the process required and HR is very strong. fully paid travel expences. Fack experience will not work.
