They were very quick with setting up interviews. There were 2, a phone interview and in-person.
The interviews were redundant. The phone interview was pretty much the interview. The in-person interview was the same except for a few more questions, meeting the person currently in the position, and a tour.
The job description was deceptive. Although the position involved payroll, there were more tasks listed e.g. general ledger entries and month-end close. During the in-person interview, I was told that the position would only process payroll i.e. a payroll administrator, not an accounting specialist.
They were very pleasant, but it didn't make up for being lied to about the position.
