I applied online to the position and received an email approximately 4-5 weeks afterwards requesting to schedule a phone interview for the following week. There were time slots offered over a period of 2-3 days with options throughout the day, which was very helpful in working around my own schedule. The actual interview was very professional, yet also relaxed, more like having a conversation about open position and how I could meet the needs of the organization. Although I did not receive an offer, I did receive an encouraging email to apply for other positions about a week after my interview.

I'm not sure if this was due to the organization itself or the recruiter, but I had a poor experience with my recruiting screening. The recruiter: -spelled my name wrong in their email -scheduled the screening call 15 minutes outside of my given availability -arrived 4 minutes late to the interview -didn't allow for any questions at the end of the screening The first question the recruiter asked was about my salary expectations, we didn't talk much about my qualifications. I never received an update after the screening.

Interview
You have an initial call with the recruiter and then a zoom call with hiring manager and team member. After that you have to give them five references (2 of which have to be managers). The whole process was a nightmare start to finish. I gave my references and would check in each week for an update. Find out weeks later the position has been filled. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of time.

The interview was professional and fair. I had 3 interviews. The 1st one with the recruiter, 2nd with the program manager, and the last one with the director. the hiring process took almost one month.
