I applied online. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee (New York, NY)
Interview
The whole process was very smooth and professional. There was an initial call and a final interview and few steps after that. My advice would be to just be yourself
Very supportive team members interviewed me, very conversational and clear. The staff were accommodating and warm. Some rounds of questions were more intentional and role-focused than others. I felt comfortable asking questions about the work culture, realities of the role, and team cohesion.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at International Rescue Committee (New York, NY) in Mar 2018
Interview
Three rounds: First an introductory phone interview with recruiter, then an in person interview with program manager and director, and final interview was with more of the team. Interview questions were pretty standard and the team was very flexible working with my schedule. Interviewers made me feel comfortable after informally chatting for ~5 min before getting into interview questions.
