lot of repetitive questions (same questions all over the place) , not very attentive, very common interview questions that did not quite connect with the role. Rigid and professional manners. Not
The interview process was very straight forward. I met with an HR person for a screening interview and then was asked to do a second interview with employees at the IRC.

applied online, did an interview with HR, then 2 more interviews with different managers. it was a long tedious process. you need FIVE references. the questions are behavioral questions. watch youtube videos on common interview questions and it will help you a lot. they ask if you have ever served that population you are applying for.
