The selection was done trough multiple passages, each of them with a different person, eved tho I passed the selections I decided not to work with the company. Mismatched information, confusion and incapability of having clear communications. Even tho I was ready to signe the contract, at the moment of date assignation they kept on insistisng to ask me to move workdates already occupied by other companies for uncertain tours despites me gibing them an almost total availability. I refused to sign the contract has I received 0 professionality, flexibility or respect for my professional figure as a freelance but ptetended it from me.

After online application I went through one video interview with the OP in English and got the on-site training + intern trip opportunities soon afterwards. Very smooth process. The video interview was easy and the classroom training + intern trip were very educational and informative.
