You will have more than 2 rounds of technical discussion, if you clear then you will have 3rd round again with director, even third round will have technical questions. Panel is not experienced enough to judge the candidate but they do ask practical questions. overall good experience but since it's start up they accept you to know "everything" !' - that clearly shows they do not have good senor technical experts inside to guide or help!
