Invesco Technical Representative interview questions

Initial interview was done through phone, after which a candidate is invited to go through a job preview and then a subsequent interview with a recruiter. If still interested, another final interview was set up with two managers. Managers mainly asked about previous work experiences, overall strengths and weaknesses of candidates, how they handle various interactive scenarios, and why they felt they would be a good fit for the position. Fairly standard questions. Work environment seemed very organized and efficient, although a bit rigid and unfriendly, also. Not really a company you can make friends at that easily, most people are pretty business-oriented.
