3 stages to assessment in lieu of interview. First is an English profiency test, then you have to answer questions on an AI generated text and generate your own questions and responses. Finally, you reflect on the process via video questions.

basic data structures and algorithms and english assessment and behavioral round pretty easy interview if you have solved leetcode easy. took a very long time like 3 months . nothing near to the real world work

3 phases of the interview, First is Language in English. The second phase is another language. The last one is passage reading questions. The language test requires about 20 min to finish. And the passage reading questions requires about 10 min to finish.
