I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Iran Language Institute (Tehran, Tehran)
Interview
first I took an exam and I got accepted, then I was invited for a face to face interview, it was at first a little bit stressful but the women who interviewed me were so nice and told me to be calm and everything went well. (it was my very first experience), first they asked me to tell about myself and then they asked me to read a text and then they gave me 5 titles and I had to choose one and I had 10 minutes to think about it and then discuss it with them. and after I was accepted in interview too we applicants took part in a ttc course and then we presented a part of a lesson as a teacher and they evaluated us.
