1-1 phone interview with manager. Was lead to believe first interview would be a general conversation. Initial interview was over an hour long and intense. Competencies style questions and also questions in relation to closing a sale, time you failed.

Are you motivated by money? Three strength & three weaknesses? Explain the sales cycle. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? What do you know about the company? Do you know what Companies we work with? Competency based questions. Time you failed, time you closed a sale.

Through a couple of interviews I quickly got the feeling that IPF operates a very high pressure sales culture, with little autonomy for staff. They frequently called out that the company isn't for everyone and that you need to be driven to succeed, but expect this is a cover for a micromanaging culture.

Very good -long but informative and clear communication throughout. Great insights into company ambitions. Interviewer was nice made me feel comfortable , some unexpected random questions to establish your personality which took the edge off
