Hiring manager intro followed by a initial tech screening and then on-site.
The entire process moved along fast, but stress free. Interview sessions are shorter compared most companies. Everyone seemed very friendly and passionate about what they do. Really cool company and many opportunities to make an impact there - I seriously considered them but had to decline for a different job that aligns better with my interest.

Fairly standard interview process of talking to a recruiter, talking to hiring manager, multiple rounds consisting of technical questions (coding, system design) and behavioral questions, and meeting with the CTO.
