The interview process is very thorough. They do back ground checks and drug tests you also need to do multiple interviews until you are able to work there but the job is worth it.

It was very unprofessional......but I guess this is to be expected with a urban school system. No e-mails but phone calls and HR (if that's what your call it) had no idea who I was meeting with and wouldn't tell me.
