A good, fair interview with a natural and friendly approach.
Attended by the CEO, hiring manager and an external from elsewhere in Government.
It felt more like a positive two-way conversation than a rushed series of pre-prepared questions.
I was ultimately unsuccessful but received a phone call and was offered reassuring and constructive feedback.
