I applied online. I interviewed at Israel Aerospace Industries in Sept 2025
Interview
The overall experience was very pleasant.
The atmosphere was open and friendly from the beginning. The interview included some general personal questions, followed by interesting and challenging physics-related questions that were clearly designed to assess reasoning and understanding rather than just technical knowledge. For one of the questions, I did not arrive at a complete solution, but the interviewers emphasized that what mattered to them was seeing my thought process and how I approach a problem, not necessarily reaching a perfect answer. This created a fair and respectful environment.
The interpersonal aspect throughout the process was excellent. The team was professional, considerate, and welcoming, made sure I did not wait unnecessarily, and ensured that I felt comfortable during the interview.
Overall, it was a very positive interview experience, with a pleasant, respectful team and an atmosphere that encourages genuine professional discussion.

Question 1
What does the velocity–time graph of a person falling with a parachute look like? And, what are the equations of motion and the analytic solution for them?
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Israel Aerospace Industries in Jan 2024
Interview
Initially, my interview was rescheduled three times. When the day finally arrived, the interviewers were 20 minutes late. The panel consisted of three interviewers: one arrived an additional 10 minutes late, and another was on her phone throughout the entire conversation. The third interviewer listened, escorted me out, and asked me to send over samples of my previous work. However, before I even reached home, I had already received a rejection email.
