Contacted by the owner directly to set up an video interview. 25 minute interview that easily lasted 50, was contacted by email afterward that they chose to move forward with a different candidate.

NO QUESTIONS! The owner started the interview with 10 minutes of talking about the business and the role. I was forced to take notes to remember everything and it felt like a test. He cited specific things that he was looking for in the individual for the position.
