It started off as a phone interview process which was based on technical questions, relatively easy and then I was asked to do an on site presentation of the work done during my PhD. It was quite informal mixed with technical questions but also quiz like," how to get out of some situations?"

Travel expenses had been reimbursed and hotel accomodation was directly managed by the institute. After the seminar, several meetings had been organized with members of several teams of the institute.
