Was contacted via email to take a 45 minute online assessment. Then received an email that scheduled a phone interview. Phone interview lasted approximately 45 mins and was set up to determine if I was capable of managing 30 people. Was scheduled for a face to face interview at the local terminal. The face to face was conducted by the local Operations Manager and has two senior managers from Arkansas on the phone. Overall a very easy process
