Multiple interviews- they were all face to face in person, no telephone. Initially contacted by HR to arrange. Interviews all with tech employees and the actual hiring managers of the teams involved.

Lots of questions about motivation for role and working at the company.
Was hired after hackathon, no direct questions. Some people had interviews after though, I believe. I'm not too familiar with that however. Seems like a good company. I definitely recommend checking them out.
