The application itself was very simple and easy. After finishing and submitting my application, they sent me an email that said I had to complete a video interview. There were 8 questions that I had to record my answers to. You get 30 seconds of prep time and then a few minutes to answer. It's a little unnerving, but I survived it! I never received a face-to-face interview though. :(

Question 1
Why do you want to be a teller? Name a time you experienced great customer service? Talk about a time that you had to follow company protocol?
As it was my first experience in life for a job, I started well before time so that I may not be late. I reached there well in time. There was a big hall there and about 35 candidates were waiting for their chance.
It was super easy, and they asked very straight forward questions, and made me feel super comfortable. They asked me a few questions, they mostly wanted to know how personable I am.
Easy to track system, was well informed of the process and what to expect from the recruiter and hiring team. Clear and concise overall. I wish all processes with companies were this simple.
