They were very nice when I chatted with them on the phone. Everything went fine and they asked me to take a test for them. I believe I did fine but I never heard back from them!
I had an assessment centre composed of 3 interviews with case study and presentation and then 2 final rounds. The final rounds are with seniors from the desks that interview you.
Resume screening round - 1st round - 2nd round - 3rd round - Final Paper test was the overall interview process of Equity Research. Most applicants don't pass the screening round.
The arrangement was smooth and the interview was conducted through video conferencing. The interview lasted around fourty five minutes. The questions were largely in line with what you would expect for a similar role elsewhere.
