Standard assessment centre with just a couple more interviews to compensate for the short process

Motivational : Why Jp Morgan, What transferable skills do you have, etc.
Situational: Name a time you had to manage large chunks of data, how did you go about this?
Nice ppl, walk thru the campus. Good benefits, decent meals. Galley is also very nice. Not sure about career progression. Not able to work from home.not flexible. Maybe it ll change in the future. But will see. Nobody knows what gonna happen
Group interview, no case asked. They ask a bunch of questions about your skills for the position. They are mostly interested in your interest on the financial world and how you can contribute to the operations team.
