JC Sales Software Engineer interview questions

Had a video interview with managers and a developer, mostly interviewed by the manager. Was constantly asked why I left every single position I held vs asking me about my technical skill set. Based on the questions I asked the interviewer, the company culture seems very tense and strict/conservative on their approach to their product.
