It was fairly straightforward and easy. The woman I interviewed with was nice and not very intimidating. They took about a week to get back with me about an interview after I applied for the position.

Interview
Interviews are typically help on Tuesdays. It's best to apply online and then come in and talk to an HR representative. Once you show initiative they will make it a priority to bring you into the next avavible interview. The interview is done in groups and unlike other jobs you're not competing with the other people their (so be polite & even a big helpful) you'll actually need their help to get hired. You play various games which will test you're team leading skills, you're communication skills and you attention to detail. Very fun interview process.

I was contacted by email about my application. Contacted HR Supervisor and scheduled an interview date and time. Met with HR the next day for an in person interview. Very informative conversation with HR Supervisor.
Very efficient and the interviewer was very nice and gave me a lot of time to answer questions. The questions were not hard and they were very manageable. It was more so a discussion rather than an interview.
