Interview
It was a group thing. After doing some team building activities and talking and asking questions we were each called into the manager's office and asked more questions and told where we were hired or not. Easy and relaxing, I was so nervous til we did some team activities.
You watch a couple of videos in a conference room with other candidates then are asked Easy, basic customer service skill questions and what would you do scenarios. You got this!
