You and a group of interviewees will meet with a supervisor/HR and they will give a set of blocks and a planner of a certain building, each time one person will hold the planner and explain to the rest what they should do with the blocks with words only.

Was asked what my availability was like. Went through a series of scenarios and had to give my answer and why I chose that answer. After that I had to wait for half an hour for a second interview with another manager.

I met with the Store Manager. He asked general questions about my job history, hobbies, etc. I then asked questions about the role. We had a nice conversation and I was offered the position.

Casual conversation with the Manager about experience, etc. Discussed hours and made sure a good fit for both of us. Was a simple and straight forward interview. Was a very pleasant experience.
