Interview
After filling out the online application I was called in for an interview. You're called in with several people and go in one by one--into the employee services area--to be interviewed. I recommend a smile and good eye-contact as well as paced answering (don't rush something out!). If they liked you, they'll call you again and tell you you've been accepted. They'll give you at least a week or two weeks to gather all your paperwork (bring originals AND copies, just in case! They're very important).
It was overall easy. I was contacted over the phone to set up the interview. It was informal and relaxed. Hiring manager went over some standard questions. Discussed availability, salary
was simple and quick, not many questions were asked, it was a group interview where we helped each other builds blocks and keep it from falling down. The manager was watching us use teamwork together to understand if we all fit into their team environment.

Interview
Very easy and simple. Just answer questions with common sense. They ask several “what would you do in this situation” questions and they are pretty straightforward. Not hard at all.
