I applied online and was called to set up an interview about two weeks later. I arrived and told one of the employees I was here for an interview. She then instructed me to go back through this glass door which led to offices and an employee area. I sat down and was asked about my previous job experience and school. The HR person then described the job to me and told me she was going to get her boss to speak with me. She was there for about 3 minutes and then I met her boss. He asked me a few questions about what I was interested in and and where I see myself in 5 years. He then told me to wait there and the HR person would be back. She came back in and said that she would contact me after she interviewed the others. It has been over two weeks, so obviously I didn't get hired. At first I expected her to offer me a job on the spot with the way she was talking. So my guess is that if you do get hired for this position, t it will be on the spot.
