I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JFC International (Sydney) in Dec 2023
Interview
The interview was conducted in person by both a manager and a supervisor. I was escorted to a meeting room where we engaged in a face-to-face conversation. There was no formal pre-screening or preliminary assessment — the process was direct and conversational, focusing primarily on my background, experience, and general fit for the role.
Reached out by headhunter and scheduled an interview right away. The process was quite straight forward. Was interviewed by general manager and a sales manager for around 30 mins. They are very friendly and asked several general background questions. Nothing tricky.
