Contact was initiated by a recruiter through a networking site for individuals with diverse workforce skills.
I responded to the 2nd recruitment outreach attempt by scheduling a phone screening.
Following the screening, I was identified as a potential candidate and provided general information about the company. I was also provided tips from the recruiter to assist with the 1st interview with the hiring manager of the company.
A Teams Meeting was scheduled for the next interview with a member of the organization. Upon completion of that interview, I was notified by the recruiter that the organization invited me to a 2nd in-person to meet with the hiring manager and department leader. I was provided brief information about both individuals.
The 3rd interview was scheduled and completed. During interview, I was required to take a sophisticated computerized personality assessment for approx 2 hours. The questions covered several seemingly unrelated modalities involving word associations, mathematics, etc to provide supplemental insight into my fit with the organization.
I was notified by the recruiter that I scored well on the assessment and the next step was to provide references. When the references were vetted, an offer letter was extended.
