I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JLR (Coventry, England) in Feb 2015
Interview
they asked some regular interview questions and can be a bit technical such as what tasks do you think this role will do, what are the customers for this department. One group assessment, one task priority test, and last one is face to face interview.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at JLR (London, England) in Nov 2021
Interview
first process is a virtual interview after the psychometric tests. you will be required to prepare a presentation of 4 slides to be submitted prior to the interview.
the final assessment is on site, basically to assess behavioral compatibility
in tray exercise with individual interview and a group exercise. the intray gave 10 example emails you have to respond to, lots of information and only a short time to complete so you must be quick and accurate, and must determine an outcome appropriate to the email.
individual interview asked the usual questions, do your research and think of what you would bring to the company.
group exercise was an individual brief for each person and then you must represent your POV, dont talk over people but make sure your point is heard, the usual. my scenario was launching a new car in a new market and deciding on what kind of car to launch, so research into what JLR actually do in new markets (cater for the market)
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at JLR (Stratford-upon-Avon, England) in Mar 2017
Interview
Fairly standard pre interview process with psychometric tests and initial application form. Quite a long wait to hear if I got through to assessment centre round.
Assessment centre really well planned and executed, very friendly staff, 3 assessed events through the day 1)group exercise 2)in tray exercise 3)competency based interview.
