Interview
Online psychometric tests first. Make sure you read the instructions before as there is a time limit and it runs out surprisingly fast.
Then got invited to the assessment centre. Behavioural questions and then technical questions. Usually half and half. And finally a 10 minute technical presentation.
It took nearly 6 months to get to stage 2 as they claimed having way too many applicants to go through.

Interview
Interviewed by 2 seniors, based on a number of set questions. My answers to each were recorded in writing. I believe that choice is based on a points system generated by answers to the questions. No room for off the cuff stuff.
