Interview
I recieved online aptitude tests and once completed was invited to attend a virtual assessment centre. The assessment consisted of a presentation with an interview about the presentation and a motivational and behavioural interview.

How will you show customer love in manufacturing? When did you show collaborative diverse thinking, making sure everyone was involved? Tell me about a time you disagreed with a colleague and how you handled the situation. Discuss a time you used feedback to develop skills. Discuss a time you used initiative to get a specific outcome. How did you prepare for the presentation? What skills do you think you will develop at JLR? Focusing on the customer how will you have a positive impact? What was your goal with the presentation?
Assessment centre - short presentation about how your skills match the company ethos followed up by HR questions regarding conflict management, how do you deal with difficult problems and failure

What company values align with you the most and how do you show that?
A full day which was very nicely set up at a hotel with food and drinks. Staff were kind and helped where they could. They also help try to relieve the pressure.

Interview
There was a presentation and a main interview.
The presentation was about yourself and how you could have an impact on the company.
The questions for the interview were mostly on their creator's code and scenario-based.
